Does my daughter need to have a formal diagnosis?
- No. Girls who are shy or anxious are more than welcome
How will my daughter and I know what to expect?
- In advance of your daughter’s 1st session, you will receive an email, with pictures of the group location and environment and key adults/ helpers.
- You’ll also have access to a session calendar for group dates and Zoom session, and you’ll also find info via the link to our exclusive members only FB group.
Who will supervise my daughter at the group?
- Your daughter will be supervised by one of my team, who is experienced in supporting neurodivergent girls and has an enhanced DBS certificate.
- They may also be assisted by one of my young leaders.
- On rare occasions, the person supervising your daughter’s group may change. If this is the case, we will let you know as far in advance as possible.
Does my daughter have to do all activities?
- No way! Your daughter has freedom to choose what she does during our sessions.
My daughter is shy and may not speak. Is this a problem?
- Not at all. Many of the girls are quiet when they start, but as their confidence grows, so will their confidence to chat with others.
- The activities give a focus for conversation.
Do I have to stay for the parent chat/ advice sessions
- Not at all. This is completely optional.
Am I tied in to the subscription for a set length of time?
- No. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Can my child attend Cropthorne AND Malvern?
- Sadly not. Groups are set to ensure your daughter and her peer group ‘gel’ and to make sure group sizes are no bigger than 12 per location.
